Motivational Monday
Monday is a state of mind. There is no better way to start off a new week, than with a Motivational Monday post. This week I am sharing with you 20 Positive Affirmations for the week.
For me, Mondays are a fresh start for each new week. The week before no longer matters. Monday is a new day for a week of new beginnings. But, that doesn’t make Monday’s easy. Often times Mondays are often one of the busiest days of the week for me.
To get through rough Mondays and the current week I rely on positive affirmations to keep me focused and grounded in my goals. And it really helps.
Speaking positive affirmations daily was one of my Top 5 December goals for this month. And I have been smashing this goal. If you follow me on Twitter you may have noticed that I start out every good morning tweet with a positive affirmation for my followers.

Positive Affirmation Podcast
