This is where you will get your weekly dose of Monday motivation. Monday’s can be hard to face. I know this and I feel for you. So, I have committed to showing up in your inbox weekly on Mondays with a little Monday positivity to start your week off right.
Motivational Monday
For this week’s Motivational Monday I want to start out by telling you that it’s time to let go of all of your excuses. When I lost all of my excuses that is when I found my results.
Do not allow excuses keep you from achieving results in whatever area you need results in. If you goals don’t scare you, you aren’t challenging yourself enough. And at that rate you will never achieve the results you dream about.
Monday Morning Mindset: It’s time to let go … of your excuses.
Your life does not get better by chance. It only gets better by change. And change requires effort and consistency.
This is something that I still remind myself daily.
Last week I decided to start taking my health and fitness goals seriously again. I really slacked off during the pandemic. Things aren’t changing anytime soon and I am tired of using the pandemic as an excuse as to why I can’t work out.
Since January 13th, I have been fasting daily on average for 22 hours a day. I break my fast with one meal at dinner which is around 4:30-5:30 pm. From the moment I decided that it was time to let go of my excuses- life has been a whole lot better.
I am actually seeing the results I want when it comes to my overall health and fitness. And I am proud of myself. I really didn’t think I could discipline myself to fast throughout the day. My daily goal is 18 hours but I have effortlessly passed my daily goal each day.
I know if I can let go of my excuses you can too! Today is Monday! There is no better day to start, other than today! A new week and new goals- you got this!

I am challenging you to write down 1-3 excuses that you need to let go of. Comment those 1-3 excuses below.
Starting today I want you to focus on one of those excuses this week. And I want you to commit to letting that excuse go. You have what it takes to make the changes you need in your life in order to achieve the results you want.
And most importantly, remember that whatever you get by achieving your goals is not as important as who you become by achieving your goals.
I believe in you and I know you are capable!
