Motivational Monday

For this week I want you to really ask yourself before any actions or thoughts, “Does this support the life I’m trying to create?”

If what you are doing whether it’s your actions or thoughts does not support the lifestyle you are seeking- make the change. Most of the time we do not realize that we may be dwelling in a not so optimal space; lacking motivation and positive intent.

The time has come for us to re-evaluate our lives and circumstances in order to ensure we are following prosperous paths to our destiny (the life we are trying to create).

I am a firm believer in doing good and receiving back what you put out into the universe. If things are not working out the way you like in your life you have full control to make the necessary changes. Is the energy you are producing good or bad?

Monday’s should be used to implement fresh starts into a new week. I encourage you to take some time out of your day today to reflect on your actions and thoughts. Realign yourself as needed. I promise you will not regret taking this moment out of your day.

Please comment below your experience and thoughts. Your experiences can be an inspiration to others.

Happy Monday =)

    1. As a adults, we sometimes have childish moments and think of doing childish things. I am proud that we can at least admit this. I am sure that there are some people reading this post and are in denial of having thought negative thoughts. I try to be as proactive as I can with spreading my positive energy into the universe.

Even when eventful things occur and shake us a little bit it always reflects back on how we respond to situations. We have the ability to handle how we respond- we have a choice in how our day goes; whether good or bad.

Respond positively and the situation will sort itself out. If we chose to respond negatively- the situation will be a negative experience. We have so much more control over our feelings and responses than we give ourselves credit for.

Our happiness lies within ourselves, not the hands of others.
